Explore the Party Pod, Downside Up, WhoDunnit and Retro D&D. Bring your favourite people for board games, a shared adventure or a gathering with a difference. Tell us your group size, approximate ages and interests; we will discuss a suitable space and check availability.
The whole café, for your group
Planning something bigger? Ask about whole-café hire for private groups, work celebrations and team-building. Activities, layout, timings and any additional requirements will be agreed in a written quote.
Food and finishing touches
If you would like cake, decorations, food, drinks or hosted activities, tell us what you have in mind so we can discuss the options. Please mention any dietary requirements. Birthday packages are tailored by enquiry; extras are agreed separately.
How private hire works
1. Tell us your plans. Send your preferred date, approximate numbers and ideas. It is fine if your date, room or budget is undecided. We aim to reply within two business days.
2. Agree the details. We will discuss the options and prepare a written quote, valid for seven days. Once you accept a quote, we can arrange a 24-hour provisional hold while payment is arranged.
3. Complete your booking. We will explain the payment and confirmation steps in your quote. An enquiry, quote or provisional hold is not a confirmed booking. Confirmation follows successful payment and reservation of the space.
